General Terms and Conditions

Definitions

  1. Atelier Lola is based in Haarlem under Chamber of Commerce number 93793219.
  2. Customer means the person with whom Atelier Lola has entered into an agreement.

Applicability

  1. These terms and conditions apply to all deliveries of products by or on behalf of Atelier Lola.
  2. Atelier Lola is entitled to amend the terms and prices if the agreement has not been concluded.

Prices

  1. All prices listed on the Atelier Lola website include VAT.
  2. Atelier Lola reserves the right to change its product prices at any time.

Returns

  1. If the product meets our return conditions, you have the option to return the product within 14 working days of receiving it. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
  2. Send an email to info@atelierlola.com to notify us of the return and to request the return address.
  3. The item must be in its original state, without damage or additional wear, to qualify for a refund. All items must be returned in their original packaging. Personalized prints are not eligible for return.
  4. If products delivered by Atelier Lola are not returned within 14 days of receipt, the items are considered accepted.

Packaging and Shipping

  1. If the packaging of a delivered product is opened or damaged, the consumer must have the delivery person make a note of this before accepting the product. Failure to do so may result in Atelier Lola not being held liable for any damage.
  2. If the consumer arranges the transport of a product themselves, they must report any visible damage to the products or packaging to Atelier Lola prior to transport. Failure to do so may result in Atelier Lola not being held liable for any damage.

Liability

  1. All images, photos, colors, drawings, descriptions on the website or in a catalog are indicative only and approximate and cannot be grounds for compensation and/or dissolution (partial) of the agreement and/or suspension of any obligation.
